High Pressure Resistant Aluminum Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger

Aluminum brazed plate heat exchanger is a type of heat exchanger that uses corrugated aluminum plates to transfer heat with excellent efficiency. 
This kind of heat exchanger transfers heat between two flows, which flow in two alternating chambers, separated by a corrugated aluminum plate.
It transfers heat between liquid and gas-liquid two phase flow, or liquid and gas.
Burst pressure over 13.5MPa, meet the pressure requirement for R410a system

Application

It is widely applied in various fields such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, electric power, medicine, foodstuff, chemical fiber, papermaking, textile, ship and heating.It’s used for heating, cooling, evaporation, condensation, sterilization, waste heat recovery and so on. It also can be applied to multi-line system,low temperature heat pump system, chiller system, high pressure gas dehumidification system, waste heat recovery system, (cutting oil,  lubricating oil, machine oil) cooling system.

1. lower-cost: material saving,  advanced technology, high producing-efficiency. Compared with stainless steel, its cost is much lower.
2. Smaller size: size is greatly smaller compared to Stainless steel heat exchanger and tube-in-tube heat exchanger under same performance
3. Copper connector, much easier to connect.
4. Higher efficiency: the efficiency much higher than stainless steel heat exchanger
5. Lighter: only 40%-50% weight of steel plate exchanger, 20% of tube-in-tube exchanger
6. Better corrosion resistance: made of rust protection Al, Life-time lasts 1000hrs in salt spray test
